This is the first post in what I hope will become a regularly updated website containing discussion about the passages I preach on each week. Whenever I prepare a sermon, there are almost always extra ideas or points that are valuable but don’t fit with the direction or emphasis of that particular sermon. This blog will give me the opportunity to air some of these other ideas and thoughts and also allow others to contribute to the conversation as well.

It is my hope that the congregation at Lawson Road will find participation in this blog a valuable resource as we explore our relationship with God and His will for our lives.
